It started with a missed field trip. Then a forgotten registration deadline. Then the realization that our "system" of sticky notes, three different calendars, and a folder stuffed with papers wasn't working anymore.

We were homeschooling three kids, each with their own activities, interests, and schedules. We loved the freedom of homeschooling, but the administrative burden was stealing our joy—and our time with our kids.

So we built Homebase. Not as a business idea, but as a solution to our own problem. We wanted one place to see everything, track everything, and finally feel organized instead of overwhelmed.

When other homeschool families saw what we'd built, they wanted it too. That's when we realized this wasn't just our problem—it was a shared struggle across the homeschool community. Now we're on a mission to help every homeschool family trade chaos for clarity.
